Return Policy

Please note that in order for a return to be eligible, it must be in pristine condition and raised within 60 days of receipt. You can read our extended Return Policy below for full Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. For information on canceling orders, please refer to our terms and conditions [T&C’s]. We accept returns for all orders, as long as they meet the following criteria:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND, YOUR RETURN MUST MEET THESE CONDITIONS:

– All products must be in immaculate condition.

– Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

– Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition -you received it, with no marks.

– Your handling of the products must not result in a decrease in their commercial value.

– For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept refunds for underwear, swimwear, or socks.

– Footwear must be tried on indoors.

– We don’t accept refunds on bottles for hygiene reasons, unless they are unopened, unused, and any seals are still intact.

– Non-clothing products must be unopened, unused, and any seals still intact.

– We don’t accept returns of MP apparel and accessories purchased from our retail partners. – Please contact the original point of purchase.

All items will be inspected by our quality assurance team upon receipt. If the above criteria are not met, we cannot issue a refund, and items will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through ‘My Account,’ who will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Once we receive the returned items return, we will refund the amount for the returned products and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

The refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days.

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days since you received our email, then you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team.
